Tulipán 58 sets up a specialty coffee bar for events across Mérida and Yucatán. We serve the same coffee we serve in Gran Santa Fe, Caucel, with bookings at least two weeks ahead.
Weddings, offices, openings, market Sundays. We set up a small bar, properly done, with the coffee you already know.
The menu adapts to the event: espresso and pour-over, with milk or without, cold when the weather asks for it. If you are unsure what to order for your headcount, we work it out over WhatsApp.

How much notice do you need?
At least two weeks. We roast for the event, so the lead time is not paperwork: it is resting the beans.
How many people can the bar serve?
It depends on the format and service time. Message us on WhatsApp with the headcount and duration and we will tell you which setup makes sense.
Do you travel outside Mérida?
Yes, we work across Mérida and the rest of Yucatán. Distance is factored into the quote.
